Let’s face it, being stressed sucks. And often, stress leads to more stress, which leads to more stress and on and on and on. Enter 15 Days of Chill, a self-directed writing course designed to help you get rid of stress without having to break any dishes, although you’re welcome to break dishes and then write about it later. You’ll get access to a Google classroom filled with fifteen writing prompts and essays—as well as other people who are doing or have done the practice—one for each day of this writing adventure. By the end, you’ll have an arsenal of tools for stress relief as well as fifteen pieces of writing that could lead you just about anywhere. This course requires no writing experience, no interest in writing, and basically nothing other than the desire to have a moment of serenity in a crazy world.
